SAPPORO, Japan - A fire at Idemitsu Kosan Co.'s refinery in Tomakomai, southern Hokkaido, was extinguished at 5:30 a.m. April 16. No one was injured in the fire, which broke out around 7:15 p.m. the previous evening. Photo shows aftermath of fire at 9:10 a.m. April 16.
