TOKYO, Japan - Ricoh Co. said Dec. 9 it has developed a printer-photocopier capable of automatically blocking unauthorized duplication of classified documents. (TEPCO) said Oct. 23 it has developed a device that can detect the presence of an electric current in power lines without requiring physical contact with the wires.
