The Tian Wan Xing (Uranus) Building in Hualien collapsed after a very strong earthquake hit Taiwan on April 3. As of writing, 9 people are reported dead and over a thousand were injured. USGS measured the magnitude of the quake at 7.4, but local reports say it was of 7.2 magnitude.
