UTSUNOMIYA, Japan - Akiko Imaizumi, the first weaver of the traditional Yuki-tsumugi silk weaving technique hired by the Oyama city government in Tochigi Prefecture, eastern Japan, receives instructions on using a weaving machine from traditional craftsman Noriaki Sakairi in the city on Jan. 14, 2015.
