Wife of 1970 JAL hijacker gets 2 yrs over passport violation

TOKYO, Japan - Emiko Akagi (file photo), the wife of Shiro Akagi, a former member of the Red Army Faction group that hijacked a Japan Airlines passenger plane in 1970, was sentenced to two years in prison, suspended for four years, by the Tokyo District Court on Oct. 15.
