TOKYO, Japan - Photo shows a test model of a ''security watch'' that helps protect data stored on users' personal computers or other information devices, which Citizen Watch Co. and Super Wave Co. have jointly developed. The two firms said Feb. 21 that the new watch also enables users to guard against car thefts or home break-ins.
