Toyota to build new plant in Mexico
Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto attends a press conference in Mexico City on April 15, 2015, to welcome Toyota Motor Corp.'s plan to build a new plant in the central Mexican state of Guanajuato. The Japanese automaker plans to spend $1 billion for the plant construction with an annual production capacity of 200,000 vehicles, employ about 2,000 workers and begin operating it in 2019. (Kyodo)
