System glitch forces ANA to cancel flights from Haneda

TOKYO, Japan - The All Nippon Airways counter at Haneda airport is jammed with passengers stranded by computer malfunction at airline on May 27. The system, which controls ticket reservation as well as boarding and luggage flows, became unstable early in the day. The airline initially announced all domestic flights from Haneda would be canceled until 4 p.m. and later extended the cancellation until 6 p.m. (Kyodo)
