Toyama Univ. hid errors in marking entrance exams
TOYAMA, Japan - Hiroshi Ozawa (2nd from R), president of state-run Toyama University, and other officials bow in apology at a press conference in Toyama on June 15. The university covered up computer errors in marking 1997 and 1998 entrance exams, which resulted in the rejection of 16 applicants who actually passed the tests.
