TOKYO, Japan - House of Representatives member Kazuyoshi Nakanishi of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party speaks at a press conference at a Tokyo hotel on March 11 where he apologized for molesting a woman while being drunk. ''I deeply regret committing such an outrageous act. My head is in a 'blank' state and I cannot think about my future,'' Nakanishi said.
