AMAGASAKI, Japan - Firefighters rescue injured passengers from the roof of a train that derailed on West Japan Railway Co.'s Fukuchiyama Line in Amagasaki, Hyogo Prefecture, on April 25. Two of the train's cars slammed into an apartment building.
