AMAGASAKI, Japan - An aerial view of a train accident on West Japan Railway Co.'s Fukuchiyama Line in Amagasaki, Hyogo Prefecture, on April 25. The accident happened when a commuter train derailed and two of its cars slammed into an apartment building.
