Japan PM's radiation adviser quits
TOKYO, Japan - Toshiso Kosako, a professor at the University of Tokyo's graduate school who specializes in antiradiation safety measures, sheds tears during a press conference in Tokyo on April 29, 2011. Kosako announced he was resigning as an adviser to Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan on the nuclear crisis at the Fukushima Daiichi power plant in protest over what he called the government's impromptu handling of the crisis.
