Blind human rights activist Chen's mother
BEIJING, China - Wang Jinxiang, 78, the mother of blind Chinese human rights activist Chen Guangcheng, is interviewed at their home in the village of Dongshigu, Shandong Province, on June 8, 2012. After escaping from house arrest on April 20, 2012, Chen sought refuge in the U.S. embassy in Beijing and is now studying at New York University after China allowed him to leave for the United States.
