Deer cuisine shown as 'Dish of Year' for 2014
TOKYO, Japan - A sample of "gibier" wild game cuisine, named the inaugural "Dish of the Year" for 2014, is exhibited in Tokyo on Dec. 4, 2014, at the office of Gurunavi Inc., a restaurant guide portal operator. The dish is "savoy cabbage cannelloni stuffed with Hokkaido deer meat boiled in red wine."
