Indonesia Green Affordable Housing Program In North Sumatra

The Republic of Indonesia President, Joko Widodo through the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) initiated the Environmentally Friendly Housing Financing Program (Indonesia Green Affordable Housing Program/IGAHP) which targets low-income communities (MBR) and is scheduled to run from 2024. In line, the Indonesian government chose the BTN People's Housing Credit (KPR) as a subsidized home ownership credit system from the Indonesian government to meet housing needs.
