TOKYO, Japan - Protesters march in Tokyo's Uchisaiwaicho district on Jan. 27, 2013, against the deployment of tilt-rotor Osprey transport aircraft at the U.S. Marine Corps' Futenma Air Station in Ginowan, Okinawa Prefecture.
