Iceland: Grindavik Volcano New Eruption
A volcano in southwestern Iceland, near the famous Blue Lagoon, erupted for the fifth time since December on Wednesday, May 29. Authorities declared a state of emergency, but air traffic was not significantly affected, and flights continued as usual at Reykjavik’s Keflavik airport.
This video, filmed on Thursday, shows lava covering a road in Grindavik.
