US: Tropical Storm Arthur Remnants Trigger Flooding in Southeast Louisiana
Remnants of Tropical Storm Arthur brought tornadoes, extreme winds and torrential rain to southeast Louisiana on Thursday, June 18, causing widespread flooding and damage to homes and businesses across multiple areas. Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry declared a state of emergency for six parishes as emergency crews responded to the destruction.
